We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Account information — name and email address, provided when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Order information — delivery address, phone number, order specifications, and uploaded 3D model files.
• Design files — STL, OBJ, or other 3D files you upload for printing. These are used solely to fulfil your order and are not shared with third parties.
• Payment information — we do not collect or store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank credentials. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay (see §5).
• Usage data — pages visited, device type, browser, and IP address, collected automatically via Google Analytics.
• Communications — messages you send via our contact form or support email.

• Process and fulfil your 3D printing orders, including production, quality checks, and delivery.
• Create and manage your customer account.
• Send order status updates and delivery notifications.
• Respond to support queries and complaints.
• Analyse website usage to improve our services (aggregated, anonymous).
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prevent fraud and protect the security of our platform.

We do not sell your personal information or design files to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

• Contract performance — processing your order and delivering the printed product.
• Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, platform security, and anonymous analytics.
• Legal obligation — retaining transaction records as required under Indian law.
• Consent — where you have opted in to marketing communications (you may withdraw at any time).

We share limited personal data with the following service providers solely to operate our platform:

3D model files you upload are stored securely and used exclusively to produce your order. Files are retained for 90 days after order completion to facilitate reprints or queries, after which they are permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion. We will never use your design files commercially or share them with any third party.

If you do not wish us to retain your files after delivery, email support@printwolves.com and we will delete them within 7 days.

• Essential cookies — maintain your login session and order progress. Cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) to measure site usage. You may opt out via your browser settings.

• Active customer accounts and order history are retained for as long as your account exists.
• On account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except transaction records retained for 8 years under Indian taxation law.
• Uploaded design files are retained for 90 days post-delivery, then permanently deleted.
• Support correspondence is retained for 2 years.

Under applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data (subject to legal retention obligations).
• File deletion — request immediate deletion of any uploaded design files.

To exercise these rights, email support@printwolves.com with subject "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data and design files against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Our database provider (Supabase) maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. If you suspect a security issue, contact us immediately.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011, the following person is designated as the Grievance Officer for PrintWolves:
