Terms of Service

By accessing printwolves.com (the "Site") or placing a 3D printing order with PrintWolves, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

PrintWolves is a sole proprietorship owned by Arun Sai Prakash S P, operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, with registered address at 11/11 Erikarai Vayalkadu, Vellalapuram Village, Chinnappampatti Post, Edappadi Taluk, Salem, Tamil Nadu — 636306.

PrintWolves provides on-demand 3D printing services including FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling), SLA (Stereolithography), and SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) printing, in a range of materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, Nylon, Resin, and others as listed on the Site.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including files that are: not printable in the requested material, structurally unsound, in violation of intellectual property rights, or that contain prohibited content.

You are responsible for:

• Submitting print-ready files in accepted formats (STL, OBJ, 3MF, or as specified at checkout).
• Ensuring your design meets minimum wall thickness and structural requirements for the chosen material and process.
• Verifying that you own the rights to the design or have permission to reproduce it.
• Providing accurate delivery address and contact details.

PrintWolves is not liable for print failures or quality issues caused by errors in the customer-supplied design file, including incorrect dimensions, non-manifold geometry, or walls below minimum thickness.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The final price for your order will be confirmed before production begins. Prices include applicable taxes where stated.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which accepts UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. PrintWolves does not store any card or banking credentials. Production begins only after payment is confirmed.

• We ship to addresses within India. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.
• PrintWolves is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

You retain full ownership of any design files you upload to PrintWolves. By submitting a file, you grant PrintWolves a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to, or have authorisation to reproduce, any design you submit. PrintWolves is not liable for any intellectual property infringement resulting from printing customer-supplied designs.

PrintWolves may photograph completed prints for use in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials. If you do not consent to this, please note it in your order or email support@printwolves.com.

All content on the Site — including the PrintWolves name, logo, images, and software — is the property of PrintWolves or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintWolves' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

PrintWolves is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of prototype opportunity cost, or consequential project delays.

Services are provided "as is". 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process with inherent tolerances. PrintWolves does not guarantee that prints will be suitable for any specific end-use application, including structural, load-bearing, or safety-critical uses. Customers are responsible for validating print suitability for their intended application.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction with PrintWolves shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the following person is appointed as Grievance Officer for PrintWolves:

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
